Twitter marketing has become a huge income generator for internet marketers, online business owners, and even your local mom and pop shop.

It seems all too easy, just Tweet about a product or service that either you own or are an affiliate for and in come the sales. Unfortunately, there’s a bit more to the equation and we’re going to cover that in this article. Let’s address the main problems of Twitter marketing and then we’ll give you our solution.

Twitter Marketing issue #1 – Getting the followers to market to...

Twitter used to be a cinch, but now they’re constantly on the lookout for people who are abusing / spamming the network and because of this, you are limited to the number of followers you can get everyday. As of THIS DATE, you are allowed to follow XXX number of followers per day until you reach the 2,000 mark.

After that, you can only follow 10% of those that are following you.

This means you have to unfollow those who don’t follow you, so that you can follow new followers...

Kind of a brain twister, huh?

There’s no legitimate way around it, you’re going to have to log in a few times a day and follow/unfollow if you’re serious about building up a massive following on Twitter. Once you get to XXXXX it becomes a lot easier, and because of your reach people will naturally follow you as long as you tweet good content.

Twitter Marketing issue #2 – The formula for making some cash...

Now this depends on your market or niche. You might be labeled as the “Shopping Tweeter” and your followers expect you to blast them with links to shopping items you recommend the buy...but you might be labeled as an authority in a niche that doesn’t necessarily involve a lot of purchases, and requires much more trust / rapport to be established.

In either case, you want to make sure that you tweet a lot of freebies mixed in with your offers. Spend some time finding relative, AWESOME content that your followers would be interested in and let them know about it. Then you can mix in some product offers that relate to your free tweets and people WILL buy.
